Teresa Projecto (born 1989) lives and works in Lisbon. PhD student in the Faculty of Fine Arts of Lisbon, on an investigation around the underlying relation between the so-called spatial and performative arts. With the artist collective humor líquido has been developing different exhibition projects (some of which bring together music and visual arts). Collaborates with Espaço Llansol (since 2012) and provides music workshops for children and amateurs through the program o tear.
As a child, Teresa completed a Musical Training course in Conservatory of Évora. She was part of several amateur and professional choirs (Coro da Universidade de Lisboa, Coro de Câmara da Universidade de Lisboa, Coro Feminino de Lisboa, Spatium Vocale), collaborated with other groups (Coro do Tejo, Coro Infanto-Juvenil da Universidade de Lisboa, Coro Regina Coeli, participatory choir at Gulbenkian) with different conductors (Luís Almeida, Jorge Alves, Maria Pedro Valadão, João Branco, Clara Coelho, Sérgio Fontão). With these groups has interpreted different pieces of several genres, having sung parts of them as a soloist. Attended several masterclasses of choral singing (Joana Nascimento, Geert Berghs, Jill Feldman) and the Jornadas Internacionais de Música Antiga da Sé de Évora (with conductors Armando Possante, Pedro Teixeira and Peter Phillips).
In 2017, Teresa was selected for an internship with Coro Gulbenkian, auditioned by Michel Corboz, Jorge Matta and Paulo Lourenço, where latter worked as a support singer. She studies with vocal coach Joana Nascimento.
