SANTUÁRIO DE FÁTIMA

Nova Era Vocal Ensemble was truly honored by the invitation of Santuário in Fátima to be a part of an annual celebratory concert of Tres Pastorinhos de Fátima. The concert was preformed on Sunday, February 17th, 2019.

Main part of the program was dedicated to the Mass for Double Choir of Frank Martin. Individual parts of the mass were divided (and highlighted) by brilliant pieces of Arvo Pärt, Sandström, John Tavener and João Fonseca e Costa. 

The Basílica de Nossa Senhora do Rosário de Fátima, where the concert took place, is an unbelievable space and we couldn’t have been happier for the conditions it gave us. The full live recording of the concert by Angelus TV is available to watch here.
